“This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need.”

The inside of the microwave was disgusting, the refrigerator had a stinky smell, and the floor was sticky, I wanted to clean out the microwave so I could use it, but there was only one half sheet of paper towel left on the roll and no others to be found. I couldn't find a mug for my tea, till I looked inside the dishwasher but honestly I couldn't tell if the dishes were clean or dirty. Yes we could have gone to the store and bought our own...

“I can’t review this property fully, because we never got to stay there. I would leave no stars if possible. Like other reviews stated, the host communication was non-existent, until I got vrbo involved. At that point, they reached out to see what I needed, then never responded again. All in all, I had to spend 1.75 hours on the phone to get this issue resolved. I highly advise to avoid this host. If like me, you book before reading the reviews, do yourself a favor and get on top of obtaining...
