“Beautiful Inn. Love the old brick front and antiques. The staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spotless. The molasses cookies at check in were a bonus. Loved our stay here. ”

“This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there.”

“The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. ”

“The place is very centrally located and there's parking in the front. There's a brewery on the ground floor that serves great beer and pizza and has live music. The walls in the rooms are not soundproof at all so not ideal for light sleepers. The live music is until 10-10.30 pm and after that it gets quieter. There's a nice fireplace in a shared space on the ground floor next to the bar. The rooms are very small. They are relatively clean. There's no staff on the hotel. It's self check in. ”

“The hotel is charming. The location is great. The building is funky, given it's age and need for repair. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The theater located in the same building is a one of a kind attraction. It was a plus for us that the hotel is owned and run by a nonprofit.”
