“Awesome place ”

“This was quite comfortable and spacious. It was a regular home away from home with separate living room, kitchen and bedrooms all of which were well furnished with comfortable furniture, unlike many places I’ve stayed where the furniture is clearly cheap or old. The street was quiet and secluded, yet near enough to everything we wanted to see. I would recommend and will seek to stay again in the future.”

“We were in Kansas City for the National Club Volleyball Tournament at the Convention Center. We found this property to be well maintained, very clean, and enjoyable for our stay. It was a short 15 minute drive to get downtown. The host was helpful and responsive when we had questions. It is a townhome so keep in mind that neighbors are close but we had no difficulties and people were friendly. this property was very affordable for our 4 night stay. We enjoyed visiting KC!!!”

“We had mixed reviews about the comfort and cleanliness of the house. House was very clean on first sight but little things were noticeable (dirty under the beds and furniture which was noticed after dropping things.) The beds were very comfortable and that was very much appreciated after the long drive and long days . Sofa and chairs in the living room not so much. The shower in the lower level with the rain shower head was amazing it was for sure a crowd favorite. Outside of the house...

“Great stay, clean and easy check in. Only suggestion would be more tvs there is only one small one in the living room. Not ideal for a stay with several people and teenagers.”

“We had everything we needed. The layout of the house was perfect. Location was great. Check-in and out was amazing. If you plan to stay in the summer, the upstairs bedroom has its own AC unit that is loud- just fyi.”

“The floors were filthy when we arrived. After messaging the host, he had them cleaned. It should have been clean when we arrived. Thermostat kept changing itself back to a warmer temperature each day while we were gone. So we came back to a warm unit. There were ants in the kitchen that got into our dogs’ food dish. No hair dryer or broom, even though those things were listed as amenities. ”
