“We were very impressed with the house. Spacious, lovely decorated, very well equipped. Lots of books and games but we were lucky with the weather enjoying the places of interest around the Bude and Bude itself. Just one issue- strong scent of dump on the arrival but overall everything excellent. Thank you”

“My second stay was as good as the first! The cottage is well-equipped, very clean and within easy walking distance of the beach, canal and town centre. The Wi-Fi works perfectly as does the tv, cooker, hot water etc. A designated parking place is a real bonus for a town like Bude as is the outside space with table and chairs.”

“Enjoyed our stay Cottage had everything we needed plus a good view to boot Met when we arrived and shown through all we needed. When we were there there was work being done which is good to see that they are always looking to improve. That said you wouldn’t know a builder was there as they were very quiet and reserved. Dog walk field a little squelchy, but nothing you wouldn’t expect with the weather at this time of year. Thanks for having us. On our list of places we will look to return to.”

“What a fantastic experience being able to spend a week a very old Manor House. We found it comfortable, cosy and enjoyed being able to sit in the garden. Location couldn’t have been better, 5minute walk to a lovely beach, high street, restaurants and pubs. Host Gina and Jon were easily contactable and made us feel very welcome.”

“Cancleave is the most fabulous place to stay. The location is incredible with wraparound lawns ideal for families and four legged friends. The views and sunsets beautiful. The house itself is brilliantly furnished, extremely comfy and equipped perfectly. The area has so much to do, all within an easy distance, loads of beaches and great places to eat and drink. Didn’t want to leave!”
