“El complejo está genial, y nuestro alojamiento, casa del lago estaba muy bien, tenía unas vistas estupendas, pero la cama era horrible, muy muy incómoda y hacía mucho ruido, es hora de cambiarla. La recepción regular , incomprensible que haya tantas personas y ninguna hable nada de español, explicaciones de los servicios las justas por no decir casi ninguna. Las comidas muy bien, sobre todo el desayuno y la cena, el buffet de la comida muy escaso.”

“What a wonderful place. I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. Check in was smooth, staff was kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean with all the amenities. They have a pool and restaurant. This hotel is 100m walk from the main bus line which has frequent buses to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar (3 stops). “Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items. I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were...
