“The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

“Very nice apartment with elevator in a safe neighborhood close to Sofia's finest attractions. Host was the best host we have worked with!! Apartment was spacious, kitchen worked well and saved on food costs, air conditioning throughout bedrooms and main living room was a pleasure on hot days.”

Contacted Expedia and they informed me they couldn’t help me because it was a Vrbo booking. Contacted Vrbo and they said they couldn’t help because it was an Expedia. Worst experience I’ve had. What appears to be human throw up stains or other body fluids all over couch ”
