“Excelente servicio al cliente ”

“Impecable ”

“Estacionamiento ”

“My family and I were very happy with the service we received. The hotel was excellent, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. I highly recommend it.”

“The service is super slow; you have to call reception 10 times just to get them to send you something, like water or other items.”

“My favorite part is customer service, they’re so nice and kind people, and the location is great! It’s close to metro station.”
