“The name accurately describes the property: Studio Cozy. The studio apartment is very small and was sparklingly clean. Very nicely appointed - nice fixtures and comfy bed. With no exterior windows, the studio became very humid. There is an opaque skylight which allowed for some natural light. The bathroom door would not close properly - an easy fix which we assume will be addressed soon. We loved the location - easy walking to restaurants and city sights.”

“Our stay started with a very nice in person welcome. She oriented us very well to the beautiful city. The location is just perfect. With the tram you can easily get to any part of the city including the airport. The surrounding restaurants are endless and you're in the center of it all.”

“Great views and location for old Bordeaux and for accessing the Arkea Arena (we were in Bordeaux mainly to attend a concert there). Great access to excellent tram and bus system for all Bordeaux activities. As well as walking distance to plentiful restaurants ,cafes and bars and many attractions. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a wide open living and dining area is great. The climb up four flights of stairs is not ideal for the less able but does ensure Great views from the apartment...

Escribí para reclamar y me respondieron al día siguiente, que me dejaron la cortina arriba de un mueble para que la cuelgue yo (el barral está a 2.5 metros de altura), y que si no, iban a tratar de conseguir a un técnico. Hubo buena predisposición, pero la cortina no se cayó mientras yo estaba allí, eligieron entregar el apartamento sin ella. Dormí muy mal porque entraba demasiada luz y además no tenía intimidad porque...

“I stayed at Le Richelieu for five days in October 2024. The apartment was perfect for me and my two friends, it was nice to have a bedroom and bathroom each. The kitchen was great for cooking and the living room was spacious with a fantastic view of the river. The apartment is steps away from the tram stop which was very convenient especially since the stop is in the airport route; however, the tram rings its bell each time it arrives and leaves and runs from 5AM to 1AM every day.
