“Well equipped kitchen including Keurig and crock pot. The home is spacious and comfortable. There was quite a bit of food left in the fridge from others but still enough room for our items. Parking is easy. Neighborhood was very quiet and convenient. ”

“I stayed here while I was moving out of my house, but this would be the perfect little getaway for any family! Clean, easy parking, and comfortable. I especially liked the back patio and yard for the dogs. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the Hampstead or Wilmington area!”

“This was our first negative experience with VRBO.We arrived after dark and quickly discovered that the listing’s statement about having “plenty of parking” was not accurate. We spent over 30 minutes driving around the area and were unable to find a single parking spot within at least three blocks of the property.While searching for parking, we observed individuals riding bicycles between parked cars looking into vehicle windows and drove through nearby streets where activity made us feel...

“When we got in, the place had a distinct smell of smoke that took opening the windows and doors to get it to disperse. Since it looked like it was cleaned that day, that would have been nice to know about the smell. The grill is shared by the front unit and located there as well, so it’s pretty inconvenient, and the outdoor area is just a barren small plot behind the house. The price was great for the unit, but the description was far from the best.”
