New Home on South Toe River, Pet Friendly

  • The new Estatoe Oasis sits directly on the South Toe River on 16 private acres - awesome views of the river and Celo Knob. Sleeps 16: ten in upstairs bunk room, six in additional three king bedrooms. Master and upstairs bedroom both have en suite baths. Game room and workout room plus additional bedroom, full bathroom and laundry in basement. Two outdoor decks with fire pit, grill and two picnic tables on upper. Lower deck, with outdoor shower, is adjacent to basement with outdoor games plus a bar, pool table, foosball, karaoke stage and two Xboxes in basement.

    Six kayaks and 16 tubes with life jackets provided.

    *** USE OF EQUIPMENT IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR INJURY OR DEATH ***

    All linens and toilet paper provided. Starter sets of paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags.

We loved staying here! The kitchen was the most well stocked we have seen in a vacation rental. The small details made this cabin the best part of our trip. We enjoyed family meals with the grill, the Xbox downstairs and the real fireplace. We would love to come back and experience the river in warmer weather.

Oh my goodness, the Home is exquisite. It’s the best home for family and friends we had a house full. The game room is a happing place , inside and out. The walkway to the river is so beautiful and is easy accessible. With kayaks, an electric bicycle, loads of chairs, for outdoor river fun , they have floats and snow sledding tushy boards.and last but not the least for us mama’s, , 4 huge bath tubs for , Relaxation at the end of the day. I will rent this home again and again. The homeowners are very accommodating and nice to deal with.

This summer was our third time back at this house! We love the location in the woods and on the river. The house is always clean and well stocked and the owners are very quick to respond to questions.

ANOTHER AMAZING VACATION!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we could not love it more! We had three generations on this vacation and everyone had such a good time! Sharon is amazing to work with! The kids are already planning our next trip!

The home was beautiful and very clean, fully furnished including the kitchen. All up-to-date appliances. Beds were really comfortable. The view from the balcony was so peaceful and pretty looking at the river. They even went swimming in the cold water! Everyone enjoyed the game room and the firepit. Would definitely put this on my "repeat" vacation.

We came to the area for a wedding, so we didn't get to spend as much time in the house as we wanted to. However, we enjoyed every minute of it! The house is beautiful! Very well thought out and prepared. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. All of the extra touches were perfect. When we were not cooking we were on the deck with a fire listening to the river. We all want to come back and just spend time in the house taking advantage of all of the things to do!

The host was always very responsive and respectful. The house was beautiful and situated in a pretty area; it was great sitting on the porch with a fire and listening to the river. Lots of games and River equipment gave us plenty of fun activities to keep us busy without feeling the need to go anywhere else. And I appreciate the host providing supplies and toiletries for the house. Definitely would like to stay here again one day.

Fabulous family retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful location and home! The bunk room and game room is perfect for large families. Can't wait to come back in warmer weather so we can use the kayaks and tubes! Really, a lot of thought went into the decor and comfort of this property.

The owners have thought of every possible amenity to make your stay top-tier! Luxurious tubs, bedding, furniture and breath-taking scenery, what’s not to love? Family’s B-day Celebration

The house is beautiful, well equipped for large gatherings. The roar of the Toe River was very soothing and a white noise for sleeping. We had 8 adults , all had their own bedroom and bathroom, but lots of bunks for younger kids. It was an amazing place to have a vacation.

Wonderful house and location!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the Estatoe Oasis! The combination of a beautiful house, mountain view and the sound and sight of the river flowing below is unmatched. We enjoyed cooking, eating meals outside on the deck, floating in the river, searching for rocks, and watching the clouds, stars, and birds fly by.

A LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN

We are already planning our next stay at this amazing home! This place was absolutely perfect for our family, that included 5 adults and 6 kids (7-15). The home itself is gorgeous with everything you could possibly think of for a great vacation! The view from the deck is stunning, with both river and mountains. Sharon and Bill are the perfect hosts! We hated to leave and can't wait to get back.

Awesome stay

My family and group of friends that stayed at this property have stayed at a number of NC mountain and beach homes over the past ten years and this house is one of our all time favorites. Great location to keep the kids busy outside, whether it’s at the river or driving to nearby hikes. Owners were great to correspond with and the house has everything you need. Can’t wait to come back soon.

Beautiful new home!

Our family enjoyed the second floor deck and the amazing game room. We used the fire pit by the river for s’mores on the last evening. Plenty of room beautifully decorated, and they accepted the family dog, as well. Definitely 5 stars, and we want to return!

Good Place

Lovely spot on Toe River. Praying it was spared from damage in Helene. Check with owner and support this community by returning when the time is right!
