The host/owner of this home could not be more welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. She went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. Unfortunately, the guests before us were very disrespectful of the guest expectations and mistreated and damaged this beautiful home. The host worked with her cleaners and others to address issues and make her home comfortable and clean for us because she knew how much our family was looking forward to this stay. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and positive all while likely concerned about the damage to items in her home. She made us feel like a priority and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The home and community are both lovely, but the host/owner of this home is even lovelier. We would definitely stay here again because of her. I wish guests could get rating scores as well to prevent them from staying in other homes and causing damage and impacting the owner and future guests by their behavior. The owner was so honest, helpful, and communicative before and during our stay. After hearing about the damage, I considered not staying but her commitment to making things right for us was so clear and admirable that I chose to keep the reservation and I’m so glad I did. Our family of three had a blast! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home!
