The house is as described-safe area and close to Lucca and Viareggio Beach and town...a fabulous area to visit!!! Perfect location and base to see all the sights in Tuscany and go on...

Zum Strand sind sind es 25 Minuten, nach Lucca 15 Minuten und Pisa ist in 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist in ruhiger Lage, für uns war das aber kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch schnell zu erreichen.”

Het is 15 tot 20 minuten met de auto en zeker 45 minuten lopen. In het donker is dat laatste geen pretje want de straten zijn donker.
