Did have a smell, (moisture) we purchased a few masking aromas eventually all was ok. Definitely overpriced for the quality of the property, as one larger available as we left for 1/4 less than we paid and more bedrooms and living space. Must say great location. Would I stay again, yes if the property was maintained.”

“A delightful place close to Byron Bay with adequate room for 4 couples. Reasonably priced with appropriate provision in terms of bedding, towels, crockery and cooking facilities. Would be happy to stay there again.”

“It was a lovely and clean property with all the equipments you may need. Lots of rooms and spaces.Beautiful location.The only problem was the aircon in the villa downstairs was quite noisy. And the pool is smaller than the photos, pretty much a plunge pool. But good for a quick refreshing.”
