The staff are incredibly helpful, and surpass many luxury brands. ”

“The Apartments at JW Marriott were perfect for our stay in Ho Chi Minh. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom was spacious well decorated and had a beautiful view overlooking the hotel pool and city from the balcony. We booked the apartment with breakfast included. We were blow away by the breakfast buffet that was provided at the JW Cafe. Duong in the cafe was so polite and friendly always welcoming us with a smile. Hotel staff were all so polite. “My room was comfortable and the air conditioner which worked well it had a Japanese toilet so that was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi bath tub did not function which was a big disappointment. Outside the hotel at the corner of the block had a lot of garbage and smelled bad when I would walk by.”
