“Great house and location ”

“I loved my stay in this super comfortable super cute house it is in a very good area my family and I had a lot of fun on the small lake outside the house everything very clean inside the house the fridge was dirty the stove the bathrooms that for me is the most important thing were not properly clean it lacked a little more care when it comes to interior cleaning but everything else super cozy and fun”

“The Property needs some remodeling; looks worn and aged. Even though the location is great, there are some issues like the shower of the main bathroom was blocked, no wine glasses.The check out time at 10:00 AM is too early; I asked the owner for a 12:0 check-out and he pretended to charge me 40 for that”

“Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. ”

“The microwave oven blew the fuse everytime it was turned on. We notified the owner on Day 1. We were told it had just been repaired but they would send someone out. We left 6 days later and no one ever came to fix it. It is difficult to stay in a place for a vacation where the microwave does not work. The dishes and kitchen items were extraordinarily sparse. “We rented this cute town home for a short weekend while waiting to move into our home and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our pup. It was so nice to be close to the river and walk to Dolphins for dinner. Would definitely recommend this place. Although we live local so didn’t get to do anything vacation related, we can definitely recommend this place for someone coming to stay for vacation as it is in a central location to many activities. ”

“Yes we had everything we needed and prepared multiple meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed the coffee you provided. Everything was clean and the dogs felt right at home. We also really enjoyed having a fire pit and used that multiple nights. It was great being able to walk to many restaurants. We enjoyed whisk and grind, Oceanside pizza, and the fat donkey were house favorites. ”

“The house was lovely, the location excellent.Unfortunately, the Spectrum cable connection was out -- so no Internet, no TV, no phone landline. The property managers helped by calling repairmen in, but we ended up being forced to stay in the house waiting for them and showing them what was going on, as if we were the homeowners.
