“We rented this property for a mother/daughters trip. We had 3 moms, 3 daughters (25) and one 2mo old infant. The house fit all of us perfectly, there was so much room. The new mom was able to have her own section of the house where we did not have to be quite all the time worrying about waking the baby. The house was so clean and had verything you need to have the best stay. The host is so kind and very quick to respond. 10/10 will be staying here every year for our annual trip. ”

“My teenage son and I stayed for 5 nights, with the idea to have easy access to the beach and have a home base to explore the area. It worked out really well: Brian was responsive and helpful and the unit was clean and conveniently laid out. The location is great: a quiet street with the beach around the corner, and close to a beautiful area for kayaking and fishing. I really liked that it included kayaks, fishing poles, bikes, and beach gear to use. We had a great experience!”

“Great neighborhood. Easy drive, walk, or bike ride to the beach, grocery store, etc. Plenty of room for kids. Pool and hot tub are a hit. We stayed once before and wanted to come back for our final spring break as a family before the kids start heading off to college. :-( ”

“The location was very nice being close to the beach with easy access it was nice to be able to travel and not have to bring a bunch of beach gear and towels with us as it was provided for the stay, the hammock is not functional Outback because it was missing screws, we had issues the first night of our stay with one of the bedroom floors leaking water out from under the floorboards this problem was not addressed while we were there and I'm still waiting for management to reach out to me...

The pool is a favorite for floating - so relaxing and at night the color changing lights are fun and pretty. We love being able to have putting rounds and just enjoying the different spaces. “Great location, short walk to beach and ice cream! We loved the screened in front porch and sitting area in the yard!Family of six did fine with only 1 shower, but appreciated the other half bath.Nice living room, bedrooms and laundry.Well stocked with all necessary plates, dishes and cutlery. Really enjoyed the chairs and beach toys.We would definitely consider returning!”

“It was very nice in the stay. It is clean, and located in the rooms are great. It is very quiet in the house and yard. Also, the ocean is one and half away from the block to the beach. Everything we needed was in the house. We would go back. ”
