“Amazing place , walk down to the river or if your planning on floating , not far from Caddo canoe rentalsIt rain most of the time we were there but the pool table and ping pong table kept us entertained . The only issue we had was connecting to the WiFi , but the host was very responsive in addressing the issue . Would stay again ”

“So many amenities. Lots of yard games; croquet, ladder ball. Complete seclusion. Beautiful views. Rustic and has everything you need except your meals and snacks. My family played and laughed and we didn’t leave. So much to explore. So many different areas to hang out. River was crystal clear and so enjoyable. Highly recommend morning outdoor shower with coffee. ”

“The house was quite nice, everything was just as reviewed by others. It is a bit of a walk to the water, but well worth it. Communication was great, we kayaked, explored Hot Springs and soaked up the peace and quiet.”
