We had young adults as well as children ages 5-8 in our group for a quick spring break getaway. The place is quiet and relaxing. Game room, hot tub and pool offered plenty to do. The marina is 3 min away if you want to rent water equipments like kayak, jet ski or boat. The house is on a cliff so there is no lake access. In order to fish, it’s best to drive 30 min into the state park to do so. We went to the marina and fish on pier but was asked to leave. House is spacious for our group. We spent majority of the time in the back patio. Finally, we love that the kitchen was well stocked. It was our first time in Possum Kingdom and so glad we renter here for the best memories!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

We had a small group of girlfriends together on this trip, and we had the most wonderful time at this property! The host was wonderful and directed me to great places to learn about the area. Check in was simple, and the views were stunning! The house is perfect for a mid-sized group and they have thought of everything!

Peaceful Get A Way

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful view of the lake and plenty of space for our family of six. Mother Nature didn’t cooperate one day of our stay so having the game room was perfect. Looking forward to going again.

Gorgeous home, great for two families!

Beautiful, well-appointed home that is perfect for two families. Beds are super comfy, kitchen well-appointed, and the game room is perfect for entertaining kiddos. And the view and outdoor space are spectacular! Will definitely be back!!!

Recharge and Relax

My entire family spent 4 awesome days at this property. It was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. The outdoor scenery is beautiful. We had coffee on the back porch every morning, swam in the pool every afternoon and made S’mores in the fire pit every night. We will be back!!!

Family holiday stay at the Overlook

This is an awesome house with a fabulous view!! It is very well supplied with everything you need for a long weekend getaway. This is the best stocked kitchen we have ever been to with great quality cookware and utensils. Our grandkids loved the upstairs bunk room! We hope to return someday soon!

This property was amazing, with an amazing view over the lake. Everything was so simple. Brooke is so sweet. One thing we did notice is if you have a taller boat watch the tree limbs. They do need to be cut back some for this purpose. Great stay, will stay again!

Winter getaway

Perfect pretty remote location on Possum Kingdom Lake. The house is phenomenal. It is laid out in a very friendly fashion with an excellent out door deck overlooking the lake. The clear nights are amazing.

Outstanding!

Entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Property manager was extremely accessible and responsive to our questions. We stayed here as a family base for a wedding on the lake a few miles from the house. The photos are precisely accurate. Truly “million dollar views”!! We use VRBO several times each year and this is absolutely one of the best properties we have rented. Not a single negative aspect. Kudos to the owners for beauty and functionality.

Perfect Getaway

This property is a perfect getaway in Palo Pinto County on the best lake in Texas! Our guys trip was better because of this house and the owners made us feel right at home.
