“First impressions- a lovely villa. My experience in this villa was ok. One thing i would say is, it’s FAR! if you don’t mind staying at the villa then it’s fine. So you Do need a car to get around. “This was our 5th trip to beautiful Jolly Harbor and definitely the best place we’ve rented so far. The owners answered all of our questions in a timely manner and they have a wonderful manager Jenny who greeted us and was available for anything that we needed during our visit. “We enjoyed our stay in these roomy apartments. We were 4 adults and so there was ample space and comfort. We needed to be close to the harbour and our sailboat, so these apartments were within easy walking distance to our boat and to restaurants. There was no phone for local calls, the tumble drier was broken and according to the cleaner had been waiting repair for a long time. Towels were clean but most were heavily stained and we had to ask for toilet rolls which were not replenished. “The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online.
