“My son and I had a lovely time here for his birthday. I was initially disappointed because the property was listed as oceanfront but it definitely was not. It was however right down the street from Smith’s Reef where we had the best snorkeling experience of our lives. Communication with Michael was seamless and he was a pleasure. The condo was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Will stay again whenever we make it back to Turks and Caicos! ”

“Absolutely loved the time we spent at Northwest Point!! The condo had everything we needed as a family of 5. Loved the extras like snorkel gear, beach towels, yoga mats. The resort was fantastic too... The pool, hot tub such a treat. The Tides Restaurant and especially Jammin Dan on Friday night was a really treat. The quietness, the slower pace...all of it just what we needed!”

“We had the best time at Coral Gardens. The check-in was quick and easy and the resort staff was very attentive to all of our needs. The condo was clean and very much as the pictures showed. “We absolutely loved our time at The Grandview! Rachel was a highly communicative host and Adeline the property manager was so helpful! The location can't be beat--right on stunning Grace Bay beach, walkable to town, next door to a good restaurant. The condo itself was beautiful and roomy with a great balcony, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and unbeatable views. We especially loved watching the sunset from our beach. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation!”

“Overall, this condo was the perfect setup for traveling with adult children and their significant others. Plenty of space and privacy. The location on Grace Bay cannot be beat. I would definitely consider staying here again. ”

“I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. ”

“Everything about our stay was wonderful! The resort was quiet, beautiful and steps away from the beach. Our condo was perfect for the two of us - newly renovated, exceptionally clean, well equipped with everything we needed… plus more! The king size bed was very comfortable, I might add. Our hosts, Collin & Kate, truly thought of everything. They emailed a comprehensive welcome packet to us before our trip and there is also a physical paper version in the condo, which we referred to multiple...

“Our state could not have been more perfect than it was. It is definitely the best unit on the entire resort. We did not know how perfect the location was when we booked it, but we could not have chosen better not only is it well decorated well stocked and very comfortable and clean. It is literally right in front of the coral reef that everybody comes to on the island. We will definitely return to this unit if we ever go back to Turks. Cannot recommend enough. ”
