“The hotel is set in an ancient dwelling built around a courtyard. While our room retained its original ancient nature, it was clean and comfortable. “For the big amount of money we have paid for the stay we are very disappointed. Your hotel is not in good order and no maintenance is done since it was built. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working. No one spoke a word English despite this is supposed to be a 5 star international hotel. ”

“The heritage hotel is great, the hidden entrance will bring you inside the Ming dynasty court to discover this little gem. Is like a jump in the Emperial Time. The service is polite and welcoming, but they don't have an appropriate information material to give to the clients about the local tourist attractions and how to reach them, even they can rent you the hotel's bycicles. The rooms are great, we stay in a cozy suite, but without fridge and mirrors except in the bathroom.”
