“DECEPTIVE LISTING!! THIS IS SHARED SPACE! We booked this "entire home". When we arrived, we were told that the host shares the living space and kitchen! Her listing says we have the entire home and that host lives "on opposite side of property" - not true! She's IN the house! My bf went to make toast and Mary immediately came out and started talking. “This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.”

“Fantastic stay! Property and house were beautiful. We enjoyed eating outside - their outside loggia was beautiful. The house was well stocked and the kitchen was a great spot to cook.
