“Good place to stay if you need a kitchen and room to move. Apartments have a full-size kitchen with hot plates, oven, fridge etc. There’s plenty of space for luggage, toys, travel cots etc. There’s heating/cooling in every room (split system), which works out well for Canberra summers and winters. Only downside is that the apartment is clearly uninsulated and becomes unbearably hot if you’re on the top floor. Of course, you can always turn the A/C on, but it just feels so wasteful!”

“Planned to stay for 2 nights but had to leave early for health reasons but will be back when sorted, have stayed here last January. Its not to far from anywhere and where else can you find a park village with a pub, not far to wonder or worry about the police. ”

“Staff were friendly when checking in and out. Breakfast was a nice buffet with plenty of selections. Pool was indoors, nice and clean. Room was modern, clean and quiet.”

“Always a great stay at The Statesman. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Shame restaurant and bar wasn’t open but closed for holidays. Easy parking and good location. Will stay again. ”

“Food a bit over priced and portions were small. Staff were accommodating in getting a table and time to Dine in. ”
