The house is charming and takes you back in time, and at the same time the owners have done a great job of updating and making the stay beyond comfortable! We would like to know more about the history of the house if that was possible. Hope to be back...the stay was great!”

“We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners...

“This is the perfect house to stay in! There are 4 bedrooms, two living rooms, and a large kitchen. My family had plenty of room! Not only is the house large, the outside is large, too. We easily sat 6 of us around the backyard patio table and grilled. What a pleasant weekend!”
