“An idyllic location which had a rustic feel with modern twist. The barn was ideal for our family of three's needs and where we needed additional support, was given with no objections. The dining area, crockery and appliances were kept really clean and up to date. The outside area as an overspill if a bbq was wanted, had games and seating with lighting and tables to keep you entertained. Had a lovely and restful time, thanks to the host.”

“A lovely base for walking and visiting places around Cambs. Fishing is the main reason people stay here but also provides a nice quiet place to relax. There could be more protection from the invasion of insects. Perhaps fly shields on windows.”

“This place had some lovely little touches to it, from the trolly cart to ferry our belongings to a receiving a welcome letter from Charlie. We had a lovely couple of days here. Spent time in the hot tub and the evenings by the fire pit after having a lovely BBQ. There were kids in the fields behind paying foot ball in what must have been their back garden which that's perfectly fine but i think the swearing shocked us a little bit. However that said we still had a lovely time. Felt sad...

“Perfect location for thetford forest”

“Paid for 5 nights, stayed for 1. Host ignored multiple messages, phone number wouldn’t connect. Pillows and pullout mattress beyond unsanitary. Overpowering odour throughout property. Weirdly, there was attention to detail in some areas. Beautiful setting, well maintained garden, great location. Such wasted potential from an uncaring host. Had to book another accommodation for the remainder of my trip. Wasn’t expecting luxury but at the very least, basic hygiene standards and beds which could be...

“Property was lovely and totally suited our needs - no fighting over rooms as they were all spacious with lovely en-suites !! Check in was hassle free with an entrance code. Tea coffee and milk was supplied. There were a few stains on the sofas but everything else was spotless. ”
