There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. “Cracking find in Cambridge, lovely staff, excellent parking which is not often the case in Cambridge and a comfortable room with all the amenities you can want. At breakfast cooking was done for each of us individually and was top notch. Location was ideal pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the centre. I don’t usually stay in guest houses but wouldn’t hesitate to return here”
