“It was a wrong decision to choose this terrible hotel, staff have bad hospitality we were trying to avoid asking anything especially the old guy, he showed very bad attitude, breakfast is very poor, bad taste and very bad quality. Location is very far from the center and the town you must have a car, it's close to a nice beach but Kos has great beaches everywhere. Room cleanliness was less then average, they provide only 2 towels and 1 bath mat, no aminities at all (soap, shower gel, shampoo..)...

“I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...
