“Before we checked in i requested to transfer the room bec we have seniors, owner is to inconsiderate rude,we end up of not taking with us bec of no access to them , the water connections is terrible you have to go down and let us to do the on and off switch, dinning chairs nearly collapsed when sitting, their laundry was outside hanging infront our door entrance, refrigerator is so dirty. “Convenient especially if it's for a big family/group, close to the stores and a few minutes walk to mines view park. Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.”

“This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place.”

“The whole Building is Clean inside and Out.. Staff is on time when we arrived and when we check out she was quick 👍”
