“Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟”

Seaview is very limited in general from this property but lovely gardens make up for this. My father is in his 80s and managed ok, but to say this property is likely not ideal for those with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs and it's all built into a hillside. “The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. ”

“The hotel is a beautiful building. Rooms are a reasonable size but the bathroom in particular was in need of updating and modernisation. The reception staff were polite but some restaurant staff need to be better trained! Sunday evening dinner we asked about what came with a fish dish we had chosen as it didn't appear to include potato or rice and were told it was just as shown on the menu. We ordered a side of potatoes at an additional charge of £5 only to find that this dish DID come with...

“Excellent service; really friendly and helpful people - thanks for an enjoyable stay. Well located right on front between central Penzance and Newlyn. Main hotel spaces are light and spacious; nice venue for the good breakfast. Only giving 4 stars because bedroom in Annex was small, with small window (above head-height) and v. warm in July - it’s expensive for a room of that size and comfort.”
