“We have stayed here before, about 3 years ago, we loved the hotel then, and we loved it this time, but with caveats.
The property is showing signs of wear that are not being addressed.
Noisy extractors in the bathroom, a broken lamp in the room. Things not being addressed like this time the shine off an excellent hotel.
The restaurant is exceptional.”

“Pase la noche al llegar a Johannesburg antes de tomar otro vuelo el hotel la primera impresión es excelente y el cuarto muy bonito. Pero cuando me quise hacer un té, la tetera estaba enlamado el fondo.
En la regadera había hormigas grandes. Espere más de media hora para que nos tomaran la orden en el restaurante y solo habíamos tres mesas. Muy bonito hotel pero mal servicio y no adecuado mantenimiento”

“I'll share my experience from Oct 12 to Oct 17.
First day, I checked in around 9am. It was too early but they kindly let me check in & gave me a room & I went to the room 420.
My situation at that time was after over 20hours flight so I went to a restroom & opened an urinal. I literally got shocked because of witnessing a disastrous no2 sight. It was absolutely traumatic experience I never forget for the rest of my life. Then gave me another room 410 (no upgrade). As for the damage...

“Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. Later, I was granted an extra hour for late checkout (12:00 PM) because I was unwell, but management failed to notify staff. Housekeeping knocked at...
