“Was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Good access to motorways and nearby restaurants and shopping. Pool was a bonus ”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lodge! The property is very private and quiet, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings are stunning, with lush greenery and charming mini water features that create a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The pool was impeccably clean and refreshing, making it a great spot to relax. The host was exceptionally friendly and attentive and fulfilled all my requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable....

“Beautiful room, great staff and nice breakfast.”

“Great host who is very welcoming and accomodative. This is also in a good location because it is just 5 mins away from the main highway. The room is warm with heater.”

“El hotel es muy lindo, el personal súper amable, el desayuno 10 de 10.”

“El hotel es muy bonito. Tiene una atmósfera relajada y excelente servicio. Comimos en su restaurante y la comida estuvo deliciosa.”

“Nice hotel, good service and nice breakfast. Complimentary shuttle takes you to shopping malls!”

“Excellent ”

“Beautiful property on a safe and quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was beyond amazing and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. God Bless her!”

It was absolutely traumatic experience I never forget for the rest of my life. Then gave me another room 410 (no upgrade). As for the damage...

“Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. Later, I was granted an extra hour for late checkout (12:00 PM) because I was unwell, but management failed to notify staff. Housekeeping knocked at...
