“Great staff and property”

“Overall Impression While the general condition of the hotel is satisfactory and the staff were initially helpful, several serious lapses in hygiene, housekeeping, and data privacy protocols negatively impacted my stay. 1. Food Safety & Hygiene Concerns During a visit to the downstairs restaurant , I observed approximately 10 to 15 fruit flies resting on the handles of two trays containing sweets. Staff Response: I immediately brought this to the attention of two staff members on duty....

“It is acceptable to remain, though not as promising as anticipated.”

“It was an okay stay. I don't understand how it is a 4-star hotel. It barely makes the cut for a 3-star, let alone 4. Everything was extremely average. Food was a bit above average, and the restaurant was clean. The whole 3rd floor smelt like cigarettes, and our bedsheets and blankets did too.”

“The amenities, staff, ambience around the accommodation and high quality breakfast ”

“The staff service can improve much better”

“Good rooms excellent view but reception not very flexible about payment though they have my card details .”

“Room was clean Staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Bath room taps back side full of dirts”

“Friendly staff, superb breakfast and clean beach”

“Hermoso!!!! La atención del personal excelente!! Cuidan cada detalle!! Te adivinan el pensamiento!! ”

“The property is in a breathtaking location and the premises are also maintained very well. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Both the infinity pools were really nice (one of them is exclusive to the club room bookings). All the staff were very cordial and cooperative. The chefs at the restaurant made custom dishes for our daughter's liking. Tides restaurant at the beach side has a great menu and good food. All in all, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning.”
