Casa La Coqueta is a mobile home with a step-free interior in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, perfect for a peaceful holiday with your loved ones. The 50 m² property features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom for up to four guests. The mattresses are new, high-firmness memory foam, ideal for those who prefer extra lumbar support. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available. Please note that shower gel is not included among the welcome items. The private outdoor area offers a garden, covered terrace, and outdoor shower. Only registered guests are allowed—no visitors, events, or celebrations.



The shared outdoor area includes a fenced pool open year-round from 10:00 to 18:00 and an outdoor shower. Supermarkets are 1 km away, with more options within 5 km. The nearest restaurant is a five-minute walk, San Marine beach is 15 minutes away, and Charchquito and the Basilica of Candelaria are a 10-minute walk.



Free street parking is available. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Security cameras and audio recording devices are on the premises. The property features energy and water-saving systems, with some electricity generated by solar panels. Self check-in is available. Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.



All guests must complete a form with their details before arrival. Minimum check-in age: 25 years.
