“The best hotel in Bali, the staff is amazing”

“Beautiful property. Modern conveniences in a classic Bali setting. We had a room with private pool and the room was huge. King bed, indoor/outdoor bath surrounded by water and fish. Mini bar(pay for most items). Breakfast was plentiful it had ala cart and buffet items. Afternoon tea with snacks. Staff was incredible and provided anything you needed. Walkable to the beach and bars and restaurants nearby. Wife loved the Japanese restaurant where we watched the sunset on the roof. Would...

“I, like many, am a Covid-19 victim. Sadly unable to stay due to the cancellation of flights and the wedding I was attending. The Hotel have made it possible for me to get a refund on my non-refundable booking. Thank you so much I am so grateful. I will definitely be booking with you when we can travel to beautiful Bali. “The villa area is huge, quiet and cool despite the heat in other parts of Canggu in June. The staff were very sweet & attentive. They added floaties to the pool for my 11year old and also presented a cake & sang to her on her birthday. We had almost daily, very affordable massages in the villa organised by the staff. Massive area for a small family of 3 but we thoroughly enjoyed it. ”

“The staff made this property a 5 star! They were fantastic! The chef cooked up whatever we wanted for breakfast every morning when it was best for us. Food was so good, always had clean towels, and they did our laundry/folded! The pool was the best part, it was huge and so much fun to play in anytime we wanted to. We had so much privacy and i would stay here again when we come back ”
