    Koblegarde's Beach House is a cozy, multi-level contemporary home tucked into the quiet Tolovana end of Cannon Beach, a short walk to the beach, the Sea Level bakery, and Surfcrest market.


    The first level of this home conveniently provides 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an ample laundry room. One bedroom, located in the finished garage, provides two Queen sized beds, a T.V. and DVD player. The other bedroom has a King sized bed as well as its own T.V. and DVD player. Both bedrooms flow into the private bathroom and conjoined laundry room from either side. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and the laundry area has a full sized washer and dryer.


    Upstairs, the open floor plan invites a relaxing evening in front of the stoned hearth and gas fireplace, while others can either gather around the dining booth, or prepare meals in a well-stocked and roomy kitchen. The spacious island counter also provides additional bar-stool seating.


    The upstairs bedroom flows off of the dining area and provides a Queen sized bed. A second bathroom with a tiled and glass walk-in shower is accessible from either the bedroom or the family room.


    Located on the west side of Hemlock, the beach is only a block away with easy access. You are sure to create special memories while staying at Koblegarde's Beach House.


    Accommodates 6 maximum; no pets; no smoking; parking for 2 vehicles.

    2 night minimum stay, except during the summer months.
    7 night minimum stay for the summer months.

Perfect location to be close to restaurants and walk to the beach at the end of the block. Great for walking a short walk down to Haystack Rock. It’s laid out with two bedrooms on the first floor and the living room, kitchen and other bedroom bath upstairs. Very nicely decorated with and fully functional kitchen and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location! The house is minutes from the beach and Haystack Rock. The living space was great with a fireplace & kitchen! Super comfy! Note that one of the three bedrooms is a converted garage but it was super clean & my husband thought it was awesome!

Exactly like the pictures. Great location to walk to coffee shop in mornings and to the beach. Sunrise and sunset at Haystack rock was beautiful.

Great location. Clean but there was a strange odor, like ammonia, which increased during our stay. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Washer was broken but rental office communicated that in advance, which was appreciated. Wi-fi is spotty, which I am guessing is why they don’t have streaming options. Had to use my hot spot to get some work done. Very close to the beach, just a short walk. The bunnies in the yard were so cute! Overall a nice stay!

We had a great time at CAnnon Beach. This property is in a great location!! We are steps from a local coffee shop and from Cannon Beach and walked the beach daily; you can walk the beach all the way to downtown which we did on several mornings (it’s bit over a mile each way). We were also very close to a grocery store which made things easy when we had a few days of rain. The condo was very nice. It’s on the small side which worked well for 2 people; not sure how it would work for a family. The only thing that threw us off was the cable TV; we are used to streaming our own Netflix/prime etc. and we could not do that in this condo; we ended up watching TV mainly on my iPad (best to know this if your traveling with kids and they want their Disney app… ). All in, a great place and a great vacation!!

The house was fine but, there was mold in the laundry room so we didn't do any laundry while we stayed at the house. I also imagine that all the sheets and towels get washed in the washer on site which means all the sheets and towels are coming in contact with the mold on a regular basis. Otherwise the house was fine and it was nice being just a short walk from the beach, with a nice view of Haystack rock off to the right.If there was no mold then I would certainly stay here again.7.5/10

Great weekend getaway!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this beach house for a long weekend. It had everything we needed and was a short drive to downtown Cannon Beach. I would gladly book again!

Short walk to the beach

The house is as described, just a short drive into downtown Cannon Beach and a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and in good condition.
