    The Space:

    This cheery, dog-friendly cottage in Cannon Beach has all the comforts of home, as well as close proximity to the sandy beach and town. It's one of six units in the Hidden Villa Cottages, a small vacation community arranged around a charming central courtyard with a lovely water feature. This rental also has a gas fireplace and cable.



    What's nearby:

    The group of cottages is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, but still close to all the biggest hits of Cannon Beach: stunning Haystack Rock, delicious Sweet Basil's Cafe, and numerous boutiques and galleries. Ecola State Park is less than two miles north for challenging hikes, and public laundry facilities are available at Cannon Beach RV Resort, about a half-mile away.

Location was great--near to restaurants and a nice walk to Haystack Rock.Trying to get into the place was troublesome and frustrating. Other guests had the same problem. On the end of the second day, the access code stopped working. We had to call and use the key in the lockbox. Using the wi-fi was also a problem. We had to find a concealed router to re-set it.The futon in the living area was not comfortable. Please replace it with a better futon or mattress.Thank you!

Cute and Quiet. I appreciated that there was a coffee maker and kitchen available although we did not need them during our stay. It was easy to get into the accommodations and we did not have any noise from neighbors.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay, especially considering we paid over $700 for just two nights and were staying here for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the room was not at all what we expected in terms of cleanliness or condition. There were food crumbs in the silverware, along with caked-on food that had clearly not been properly cleaned. There also appeared to be food splatters on the blinds. The bedroom had noticeable urine stains on the floor, and the smell of urine was extremely strong throughout the area. There were also several maintenance and safety concerns. The floor had a soft spot where it appeared to be coming up, and there were gaps where the flooring did not meet the wall. Behind the bathroom door, there was a piece of trim not attached to the wall with exposed nails sticking straight out, which could easily be a safety hazard. The furniture and other items also appeared unclean and damaged. The couch pillows had stains and hair all over them and did not look clean. The lamp shade had what appeared to be a burn hole on the side as well. The bed was also leaning at a slant the end of the bedframe was bent leaning towards the bed not standing upright. Overall, for the amount we paid, this was completely unacceptable. This was supposed to be a special anniversary trip, and while we tried to make the best of it, we were highly disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again or recommend

The place is extremely small, the bed that is suppose to be for the third person is terrible, it's a vinyl futon and very uncomfortable. Other than that for a two person, it is clean and cute
