“Great communication with James, ideal location. Quiet and easily accessible to Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay. Fabulous local pub, The Red Lion in walking distance. Cottage was modern, clean and very comfy beds. Garden leading to woods and fields. ”

“House was very cute and looks just like the pictures! Comfortable beds and living spaces with nice and modern upgrades. Backyard space was nice to soak in the sun, when it was out. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The photos of two of the bedrooms on the website are from a completely different property. Bedroom 2 in particular is a lot smaller than expected.There was no dishwasher even though one is listed in the property details.We noticed there was a leak in the living room ceiling. This began dripping after we had used the shower in the master bedroom. The crack in the ceiling where the leak was coming through looked like an old crack that had been badly patched over.Television didn’t work properly...

“Absolutely beautiful property! Spacious grounds, thoughtfully equipped, very well maintained. The pool area was wonderful and warm, and seems to have been recently refurbished. The local pub appears to have closed but it was only a short drive to nearby towns.We enjoyed a very peaceful stay here, thanks a lot.”

“All rooms are absolutely huge and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the kitchen / living space which is bright and airy with bifold doors out to a glorious garden. We had a great stay and would recommend it for large family groups. Location-wise, it is literally a 10 minute walk into the city centre.”

“Sadly this was not a good experience, we had to chase the information about getting into the property after the check in time, it was very expensive for what it was, check in time was 4pm and check out at 10 am, 18 hours for the price was not value for money, ”

“We had a nice stay at the property. The beds and living room couches were comfortable. It is very convenient to restaurants and shopping.”

“Mold has taken over the cottage and now everything we took on the trip smells like mildew. I may have to buy replacement suitcases. My cpap machine filter turned black from 4 nights use in that place. I can only imagine what is in my lungs from breathing the air during my stay. We had to keep windows open at all times that we were inside; to keep the moldy smell from making us sick. The antiques are nice to look at but not comfortable to use. The shower is barely a drip and it was impossible...
