“The rooms are new and clean. The property is conveniently located about 5 min drive from downtown La Fortuna. It is recommended to have a car because it’s not walkable to places. We had some issues with the AC, hot water in the showers and the washing machine when we checked in, but Roxana and her management team were very helpful and they did their best job to rectify the problems as soon as possible. “We stayed one week. I always look for properties with a feel like home. We were able to wash our clothes after activities. We rented a car and moved around . The host is very responsive if you need to contact him. A very nice view from the pool. ”

Master bedroom upstairs has an amazing view of the volcano when not cloudy. Pool was nice. Gate and alarm left us feeling secure. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Property was as described. It is a ways out of town, so you do need transportation to get to restaurants and activities. But it has a lovely yard to have morning coffee or star gazing at night. On Saturday night, the neighbors were noisy, but they're younger people and that's to be expected. It was quiet the rest of our stay.
