“Our family with 3 adult children greatly enjoyed our 5 day stay. The view of the lake from the balcony is splendid. The living room was great for watching movies and playing games. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The location is about 25 minutes from Schlitterbahn and tubing on the Comal River but the drive is pretty through the hill country. The kitchen had what we needed as far as pots, pans, utensil but there were no oven mitts nor kitchen towels.”

“My son and I enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. It was decorated nicely. We had plenty of towels, papertowels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. that made our stay comfortable. We would stay here again if ever back in this area.”

“We all had a great time! We had one issue with ac in the game room. We called they had someone out to us promptly and got it taken care of for us! We hey had everything we needed as far as toiletries, dishes pots n pans, shampoo conditioner body wash dish washing liquid detergent, trash bags. that was all a plus! They did had cornhole boards which wasn’t listed which also was a plus for our crew! This place doesn’t expect u to clean up before u leave at all.. just pack your bags and enjoy your...

“What an amazing place to stay! The house is perfect for any kind of family or friends get together. There are tons of activities to partake in. The garage is filled with games galore. The hot tub, hammocks, and fire pit make the outside relaxing and fun. We had 4 teenagers and they all loved it. The deer and wildlife that were around really added to the experience as well. ”

“Everything about this house was amazing made it a very fun first family trip with the back yard, different games to stay in and play, being able to feed the deers, all the kids loved it. Was enough space ,pictures dont do this olace justice was beautiful.”

“Although the house is in a neighborhood full of homes, you would never know you have neighbors once you are inside. We felt isolated in this ultra comfortable home with beautiful views of the water. We loved the deer on the property, the gorgeous sunsets and the stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to make meals like you would at home. “A very good option for vacation, the house has an amazing view to the lake, the only thing is that in the grill area does not have light, so you cannot make a bbq night there. Also, it has a lot of cobwebs in the outside roof. ”
