Located in Cape Canaveral, enjoy what this 2 story charming beachside townhome has to offer. The space features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bathroom equipped with a shower/ bathtub, one with a unique circular shower. A brand new washer /dryer has recently been installed. Enjoy the outdoors in a shaded screened in lanai with ceiling fan, comfortable even in hot weather. Off of the bedrooms is the sweetest spot, a deck with a bistro table and chairs, to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book.

The living room has an easy to clean and sanitize a faux leather sectional and large ottoman, where all guests can stretch out and enjoy the big screen TV. There are two swivel barrel chairs which are as comfy as they are cute to look at. A TV console contains games and puzzles for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals when you're not enjoying a local restaurant. The glass dining table with it's comfortable swivel chairs accommodates four people or dine at the counter with four swivel stools.

Some vacationers have to travel to the beach and find parking, Tiki Kove is a five minute walk to pristine Cape Canaveral Beach, where rocket launches and viewing cruise ships is a daily pastime. A beach cart , some chairs, coolers and towels are provided -even a surfboard. Join the hundreds of walkers whose daily pastime is walking the beach.

If pools are your thing, Ocean Woods has two. The family pool is a few minutes walk in the community from the house, just behind the clubhouse and is where the tennis and pickleball courts are located. You will have two fobs that are used to enter the pools and the walk-in gate from the beach or from outside the community. There is a clicker to use to get into the gates when driving that you can keep in your car until your departure. There is also a keypad which has a code that will be given to you before checking in.

A few steps more is the Adult's Only pool, (18 and older) A tropical paradise with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas.

Restaurants and attractions line Astronaut Boulevard (A1A) ; an adventure park and mini golf are,just minutes away. Infamous Cocoa Beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier are fifteen minutes down charming Ridgewood Ave where you'll pass Fish Camp Grill one of the coolest restaurants around. Going to the theme parks? Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World are within driving distance, just over an hour away. Orlando airport is a 40 minute drive.

We do not allow pets, and smoking is prohibited in the house, within the gate or on the lanai. We respectfully ask our guests to adhere to these rules.
