Seaclusion was just right for visiting family members to gather and celebrate our grandson's HS graduation. Having private bathrooms for the bedrooms was perfect for our out of town guests. Beach access was just across the road

The house was just as advertised and so much fun to stay in. Very peaceful too, with plenty of places to relax outdoors. Top deck on the front of the house has an ocean view and we could see cruise ships passing. We could walk down to jetty park from a very quiet beach access and spotted dolphins, and saw some beautiful sunrises. I would highly recommend this place!

We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) as well as two other couples. There was plenty of room and space. The bedrooms are very spacious, comfortable. We were so close to the beach, we took walks every morning. Easy location to get into town. We frequently went to twistees (ice cream place) so close by! We would definitely stay here again. We had one time of needing to communicate with the home owners and they were very easy to get ahold of and they were very helpful!

This property is five stars all the way! Communication with the host is outstanding. Entering the home was easy and everything was as advertised. The house is very modern and appears to have been updated. This property is within a five-minute walk to the beach. We used the supplied beach chairs and umbrella for our visit to the beach. If we go to this area again, we will definitely use this property.

This beach house is perfect for any family that wants to get away close to the beach. All of the furnishings were new and the house was very clean with all resources to enjoy your stay. We were able to have three families with a total of four children, all sleep comfortably in their own beds and have their own bathrooms. We can’t say enough about this location and the rental and the communication was spot on too!

A group of 9 of us stayed here before boarding a cruise and it was everything it said it was and more!!! The house was spotless, it had more than enough room for all of us, perfect location with a short walk to the beach. We will be staying here again.

Our extended family booked this property for a birthday weekend celebration! The house fit everyone perfectly and having multiple levels gave everyone plenty of room to hang out. The home was VERY clean, beautifully decorated and such a nice place to stay. The walk to the beach was so short and they had everything you needed! The beds were also so comfortable. For sure we will be back!

Please keep in mind we arrived the day after hurricane Milton came thru. However, when we arrived after picking up all the tree limbs in the front and back yard and stacking it all at the curb we entered the house. No big deal i was happy to do it so kids could play in the yard. See below how that worked out. The house was very nice except the Lamanite wood flooring is popping up all over the first floor due to improper installation no vapor barrier was placed down prior to install causing the concrete slab to sweat and buckle the flooring. Several of the kids hit their toes on them to the point we had to place furniture in the areas that where worst. The yard was 90% sand spurs in the front causing adults and several kids the undeniable pain of a sand spur in your foot or leg and pants. the first child to discover the sand spurs was 2 years old and fell into them you can't understand how hard that was to deal with. For the cost of this rental, I was very disappointed in the poor quality and safety issues. also check out was 11 however the house keeping service was there around 9am. it was verry awkward packing up as she waited around for us to leave.

The rental property was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and well stocked for our stay! The location was amazing, being a very quick walk to the beach, in a not-too-crowded area of the beach. Everything was easy with check in and check out, plus great parking!

Home is clean and spacious and in a nice, quiet neighborhood right across from the beach. Plenty of room for a large family. Very nice deck upstairs and a nice, secluded patio off the lower floor. Garage is stocked with everything you could possibly need fort the beach. We were fortunate enough to witness 2 Space X rocket launches right from the house. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the space coast!

The as advertised property is perfectly placed with access to the beach within short walking distance and access to convenience stores and other shopping a short drive away. The house was very clean and all the amenities where available and working properly. The couch upstairs could use some TLC. Overall I highly recommend staying at this property especially with a host that was prompt with responses to questions.

The House is in excellent condition and is SO close to the beach! Clean, well appointed; the description does not do it justice. The amenities and extras are amazing - Games, large TVs, full kitchens, plus amazing toys, chairs, wagons, and such for beach days. We had nine adults and three children and could spread out & stretch out and/or spend time together as we wished. I cannot recommend this property enough. ~ it’s 10/10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family at Seaclusion! The townhome is extremely well equipped and just a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to watch a SpaceX launch during our stay right on the beach. I’d highly recommend Seaclusion if you plan to be in the Cape Canaveral area. It was also a short 10 min trip to the Cruise Terminal making easy access to catch our ship!

One of the best vacation rentals I have stayed at. Great location, great facility. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the fact that EVERYTHING you may need is readily available. Coffee maker, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, laundry facilities, grill, beach chairs… Just a great stay! Thank you!
