Very Nice Home

This is a nice, newer home with a great (nice and warm) pool. Good location for our needs. We liked having four bedrooms but another bathroom would have been nice. We would stay there again.

Great Stay in Cape Coral!!

Unfortunately the house was unavailable due to the damage from the hurricane. We got an upgrade. The house was great. The pool still needed repairs. And some curtains in the bedroom would be nice. We will definitely book again. Sean took care of everything.

Very accommodating

We stayed here for a work trip that was only supposed to be for a little over a week and ended up being 2 weeks, the host was easy to get in touch with and very attentive to our needs. The house was clean and very spacious and we will be back again! Great place to stay overall very beautiful property

Perfect for Old Man Baseball

We were in town for a senior men's baseball tournament, and this property worked out great for us! It is evident that the residence is new construction/renovation with excellent amenities to include appliances. It is extremely clean and well kept. It has a beautiful pool in which the water temperature was just perfect both during the day and at night. It is located near two main thoroughfares (Santa Barbara Blvd and Veterans Parkway) for easy access. Highly recommend!!

Family Spring Break

We stayed here as a family of five for spring break. This place was so nice and accommodating. Everything that you could possibly need was there and the host, Sean, was great! He made sure we were able to get in and also checked in during our stay to see how everything was going. I couldn’t recommend this place more, and we’re looking forward to another stay next year!

Enjoyable Winter Getaway

This house is wonderful and Sean the property manager was very responsive to our questions/needs. The home is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool and lanai area are so relaxing and enjoyable! Nothing better than a properly heated pool. If we had any complaints it was in regard to the TV internet streaming service Soplayer. Constant trouble with the picture freezing and the picture would occasionally just go black making it difficult to enjoy normal TV programming. No local channels available through this streaming service. The closest news we could get was out of Miami. Paul & Lois

Great space and value

What a great, clean and spacious place to spend our time in Cape Coral! No issues with any of the spaces or amenities, and the owner checked in with us right away as we were getting settled to make sure we were getting on well. The heated pool was a big plus!! On-site laundry and the ping pong table extra wins :-)

Our Stay

We booked this home last minute as our original home was too damaged. This house turned out to be even better! It was right on the river and it had a beautiful pool. It was supposed to have a travel crib and when I messaged Sean that it wasn't there, he arrived within half an hour and set one up! He was amazing and so friendly. We definitely stay here again. It was clean and had everything we needed!

Awesome property

We booked this house for our whole family to stay together for a week following Christmas and it was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and the common spaces were roomy enough that we felt comfortable. In fact we spent most days just lounging by the pool watching the outdoor TV. I would definitely rent this property again

Perfectly comfortable

This house was just the right size for our family of 5. The pool was warm, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and the ping pong table kept the kids busy. We had a visit from a family of turtles and two iguanas. Best house we have stayed in in Cape Coral yet.

AMAZING STAY!

This house made our spring break trip to Cape Coral WONDERFUL! Right from the start, Sean was incredibly easy and helpful to work with, and the timeliness and quickness of his communication with us was second to none. The house itself was beautiful. The pool was clean and warm, and the outside lanai area was our main hangout because the screened enclosure, tv, table, grill, and lounging area allowed us to comfortably eat, talk, and enjoy. The beds are really comfortable and the house was extremely clean and stocked with anything we could have ever wanted or needed. We look forward to staying again and will be highly recommending it to family and friends ~ thank you!!

Dream rental!

We couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience! Every detail was well thought out and all of the accommodations included were exceptional! The furnishings were incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed the extra special touches that this house provides! Our stay was extremely memorable and we will never forget watching movies from the heated pool, or competing in our annual ping pong tournament as a family! As mentioned in a previous review, the property manager Sean was responsive and a pleasure to work with! We look forward to booking another stay in the future!

Fantastic House for All Your Needs

The property manager, Sean was amazing-very responsive and so helpful. This house is a brand new property with so many accommodations. New grill, fully equipped kitchen, enclosed In ground pool at a nice 85 degrees, huge master bedroom, beach bags, cooler for the beach, beach toys, ping pong table, all your laundry needs, and so much more. In a great location and not far from anything including Ft.Meyers Beach. Our son noticed he left his wallet behind, the cleaning crew found it, and within the hour Sean brought it to the airport for us. With that being said it is clear that the property manager thought of everything one may need to enjoy their time on their getaway. One can tell that Sean truly cares about his guests experience and stay. Overall this was a very memorable and successful trip for my family and I.
