Our stay was wonderful. The home is gorgeous and had everything we needed. They also had a cooler, umbrella, chairs and beach towels that we could use which is so convenient. Communication was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus! Ruhige Gegend, geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, praktische Aufteilung, super sauber, bestens ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Besonderes mochten wir den Kühlschrank, den Billardtisch und natürlich den Pool.

We have stayed at this property twice now. Our family enjoyed the pool, pool table, location and whole vibe of the home. They have pretty much anything you need. Property manager was super helpful and responsive. I’m sure we will be back!

Perfektes Familiendomizil

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es ist für ein Ferienhaus äusserst modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig am Ende der Straße in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Der nächste Supermarkt (Publixx) ist 5 min. mit dem Auto. Die Garage des Hauses ist nicht nutzbar. Das macht aber nichts, denn das Mietauto kann problemlos draußen stehen. Das Haus liegt direkt am Kanal und hat einen eigenen Bootsanleger. Von dort ist man sehr schnell mit dem Boot auf dem Hauptfluss. Das Haus verfügt auch über zwei Kanus, die als Mieter benutzt werden dürfen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war zu jeder Zeit super. Gerade am Anfang, wenn man viele Fragen hatte, wurde man sehr gut betreut. Der Pool ist salzhaltig. Leider funktionierte der Ventilator draußen nicht, so dass es mitunter sehr heiß zum Essen dort war. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn wir gewusst hätten, wann die Poolreinigung erfolgt. Vielleicht könnte man dies für die Gäste noch als Information weitergeben bei Anreise.Schön wäre noch eine Aussendusche gewesen. Aber alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had such a great time at this house! The location couldn’t be better—and close to everything we needed. The pool was a huge bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Mother/Daughter trip

FABULOUS! This house is remodeled and is so beautiful! Each bedroom has a bathroom, kitchen has all you need, the pool is so pretty and it's right on the canal! We even saw a dolphin right from the dock! There were bikes and kayaks, but we didn't use them. There is a pool table in the house which we enjoyed! Don communicated in a timely matter with any questions we had before booking, and during our stay! Honestly, the best house ever!

Excellent stay

We had a great time fishing in the canal all week. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday. Close to many restaurants and things to do. Beaches not far of a drive. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous property in Cape Coral

Property exactly as listed. Prompt and courteous communication with the property manager. Unfortunately there was a house build happening next door which had a negative impact on any outside relaxation. Realise this is completely outside the property owners control.

Perfect Stay

This house checked all of the boxes for us. Everything we needed, the house had - from sand chairs to a pizza baking pan! Location was perfect, as we rented a boat and we were able to moor it along the canal during our stay. Honestly, we did not want to leave. The house is very comfortable - - probably the best VRBO we've ever rented. Don was also very helpful and responsive with any questions or needs we had. Highly recommend.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit super Ausstattung

Unser Aufenhalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war ein Traum. Die Ausstattung ist wie in der Beschreibung angegeben vorhanden. Die 3 Bäder, die Küche, der Billardtisch usw. waren einfach toll. Mit den beiden Kajaks und den Fahrrädern konnten wir die nähere Umgebung gut erkunden. Für uns war das Highlight der Pool. Durch den Screen (Mückenschutzgitter um den Pool) blieben wir weitesgehend von lästigen Stechmücken und sonstigem Ungeziefer verschont. Was wir nicht so toll fanden : das laute Brummen im Schlafzimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten. Direkt an der Außenwand dieses Zimmers steht ein Teil der Klimaanlage welches ununterbrochen arbeitet und somit ein dauerhaftes Brummen erzeugt. Dies empfanden wir als sehr störend! Dies ist unsere subjektive Meinung und kann jemand der vielleicht nicht so Lärmempfindlich ist auch nicht stören. Don der Hausverwalter war im Vorfeld und auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer zu erreichen. Auf unsere Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet, dies ist nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen lieben Dank an Don und die Hausbesitzer für die tolle Zeit die wir in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbringen durften.

Unterkunft Cape Coral Florida

Wir haben dieses Haus auf Grund der Bewertungen gemietet und sind freudiger Erwartung in dieses Haus gekommen, mussten aber leider feststellen das, dass Haus nicht richtig sauber war. Offene Soßen im Kühlschrank, verreister Gefrierschrank (Schublade nur sehr schwer zu öffnen) dreckige Toiletten, dreckige Bettwäsche und ein sandiger, nicht saubere und nicht nutzbarer Pool. Zudem gab es ein Kakerlaken Problem. Wir haben den Hausverwalter über alles informiert. Er gab uns keine Lösungen und behauptete er wäre mehrfach vor Ort gewesen und wir würden uns alles ausdenken, da alles Inordung wäre. Auch ein Kakerlakenproblem gäbe es nicht, die Kakerlaken wären nur dort weil es einen Sturm gab und das Wasser aus dem Kanal höher stand als üblich, auf Grund dessen würden die Tiere versuchen ins Haus zukommen. Leider war Don nie in unserer Anwesenheit vor Ort. Wir haben alles mit Bilder festgehalten. Zudem mussten wir feststellen das jemand im Haus war als wir nicht vorort waren. Wir sind auf Grund der Probleme frühzeitig abgereist. Danach hat Don (der Hausverwalter) uns gegenüber Drohungen ausgesprochen. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt, wir waren wirklich sehr entäuscht und schockiert.

Super Haus, super Vermieter

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Cape Coral. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Familie mit drei Kindern. Die Jungs hatten ihr eigenes Zimmer mit Badezimmer, genau wie unsere Tochter und wir ebenfalls. Don hat uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Super Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Pool. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great house

We just returned from a weeks stay. We loved the house. Very nice and clean and had all the amenities you might need-even laundry baskets which were helpful. This was one of the nicest rental houses we have rented through VRBO. The house is in a good location and not too far from Sanibel, which is where we spent a lot of our time while here. My husband and son had a lot of fun fishing in the canal. We enjoyed some great food at local restaurants which were close to the house. We would definitely stay here again. Don was very helpful when we had a question as well. Looking forward to returning for another vacation!
