beautiful sunsets. roomy quiet neighborhood. beautiful deck and dock with chairs. able to catch fish right from the dock. house could use more towels and it does take time for the downstairs shower to heat up. host responded quickly to any concerns. overall we had a fun lovely time not a bad distance from fort myers and Sanibel

Family Vaca

Amazing property for a perfect family vacation. Everything is so accessible and so many good restaurants close by, Lady Lobster is a must try! Our kids range from ages 8-13 and this property provided "cool" spaces for them to lounge and play in! Highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation

This pet friendly property was amazing for our family that included 2 couples and 5 children. Our younger children (7-12) enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock all morning, afternoon and night. This house was perfect for our Girl's Trip and the ladies kept telling me so. We even canceled two of our planned out events to stay in. Communication via text when we had a mix up at check in was quick and efficient. It was my job to be sure we had enough room to eat together and enjoy a girl's night in.....the dining room did not disappoint. Having the kayaks and life vests available was definitely a bonus! Several of the ladies had never kayaked and enjoyed the opportunity to do so in a calm, safe setting. A day trip to Sanibel turned out perfect without us having to pay Sanibel prices. The neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors we met gracious.

Highly recommended!

Our stay was perfect! My group and I were visiting Cape Coral and Vanessa's property was the perfect or all of our needs. We all had a good time having a cookout in the back yard, the views were extraordinary. The host was also very responsive and quick to assist us. Most definitely will be coming back again some time soon!

Vanessa was a great host and we felt very welcome to be able to book their property. The home was super clean and had plenty of space for me and my group. We recommend having a bbq by the dock in the back, the views were lovely during the sunset. Thanks for welcoming us.

Great home with plenty of room

The house was roomy and comfortable for 7 of us. The view was gorgeous. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We would have loved more seating in the living area and the water in the downstairs shower was barely hot enough to shower. Communication however was very sporadic and inconsistent with the hosts.

Nice place for adult family weekend

This was a nice, roomy place for us to host our adult children. We enjoyed the pool and the view. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the charging stations. Would have given 5 stars but felt the furniture on the lanai was worn out and uncomfortable and the grill only had 2 burners that worked when we tried to cook our dinner. That was a bit of a bummer.

Perfect family getaway

The house was large enough for 9 of us plus our dog. Pool was perfectly warmed. I stayed in just floating around for 2 hours. Spent most of our time in the lanai and kitchen. They had everything we needed and then some. Communication with managers/owners were great. We didn't have any issues, but they reached out a couple of times during our stay. Quite neighborhood. Beautiful views from the lanai/pool area. Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful property

This property was exactly what was stated in the listing. The pictures are accurate and up to date. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous and it's located in a prime location. The only thing negative I will say is that you can tell it's a rental. The refrigerator bottom freezer handle is broken and missing. Some of the dresser drawers are broken. There are a few other items that I noticed but none affected our stay enough to not give it 5 stars.

Stunning view

We had an amazing family trip with our adult children, their SO's, and 2 small grandkids. The pool was a hit and everyone loved the house. The space was perfect for our group, with lots of room. The place was very clean and the views were amazing. We rented a boat from a nearby marina and tied off to the dock located right on the property. The kids enjoyed fishing in the canal right off the dock in the backyard. But the view was the best, especially from the pool/deck area. It was spectacular, we watched the sunset every night of our stay. The host was easy to get ahold of if needed and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. The girls and I went for a walk every morning. We will definitely book this property again when we return to Cape Coral. Thank you!

Summer Vacation 2024

When searching for a place for our summer vacation, we had specific needs for our family and two dogs. This beautiful home in Cape Coral met them all perfectly! The sunsets from the pool were breathtaking, even better than the pictures. The first-floor bathroom, equipped with both a tub/shower combo and a stand-up shower, was a game-changer for our two teenage daughters who love taking long showers. My husband and I didn't have to wait long, as they could shower simultaneously - a real lifesaver! We spent most of our time in the pool, both day and night. The check-in process was simple and easy, and Tyson was fantastic to work with, promptly answering all my questions. Overall, our vacation was wonderful, and this house made all the difference. Thank you!

Nice home for a group to stay in

We really enjoyed our time here. The property owners were very responsive and helpful when contacted. We had a couple complaints during our stay. The master shower doesn’t get warmer than tepid, so our entire group ended up using the single upstairs shower. The grill’s ignition switch doesn’t work, so we had to light the gas grill by hand (dangerous). Some small items were missing in the kitchen - scissors, a working can opener, no Tupperware/food storage containers. Over all the property is lovely. The heated pool felt divine. The view over the water is extraordinary. I highly recommend this location, especially if they fix the showers.

Hey guys the pictures dont do this beautiful home justice. We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday there. All we could say was wow. A truly stocked kitchen with everything a home should have. Clean rooms with plenty of space. The master has a lovely view of sunsets or just sitting and reading a good book. The pool was perfectly heated upon our arrival. The boat dock was adequate for our 24 foot boat and had ample space for 4 jetskies. We had a lovely time in the house on the water and just plain ol relaxing and destressing... nice neighborhood and marinas close by. If you have a boat or skis bring them. My son caught his first fish off their pier. Good memories. Plenty of islands and restaurants near by to eat and explore. All in all a 5 star rating.
