“The location of the property was beautiful! We watched right whales bask in the water infront of us. Enjoyed a hike on the cliffs overlooking the water. The property was worn and definitely needs updating. Even the pool was not looked after and was loaded with bugs so we didn’t use it. The kitchen and baths need updating. “We stayed at SandMartins from the 26th December 2024 to 4 January 2025. The first impressions of this immaculate property and estate is just wonderful and sets the atmosphere for a wonderful vacation. Very spacious, sunny and fully equipped. “What an incredible home.. we had one of the best holidays in a very long time. The house is stunning in every way! We could quite happily have stayed there all day everyday. The pool is fabulous and the house overall had everything you could possibly need. Rochelle is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make our stay special. “VRBO listed booking when the property was not available. Only found out 12 hrs before arrival. Had to scramble to find another place. They did not offer any help whatsover. Stay away from VRBO. Second time this has happend to me.”

“From booking the property till leave Martijn was extremely helpful. The property has everything you could want, lovely kitchen family area, pool with patio and a wood burning hot tub ( you will need to start the wood burning 2 hours prior). The property was secure with power gates and the adjoining property was the hosts point of contact to answer any query you may have.
