“We are a group of cyclists in town for The Tour of the Battenkill 2025. The property was absolute perfection. A beautifully restored farm house with lots of barn space for our bikes, we felt so comfortable and welcome there. The house is perfectly appointed with tons of space and comfortable bedrooms. We had two wonderful dinners and sat out on the beautiful patio watching the sunset and reliving the Bike Race of the day.The grounds are exquisitely kept and a morning hike on the property was...

“The house was perfect for our short visit to Washington County. The Barn is a great spot for kids (and adults) and the porch was perfect to sit on during a summer evening. Kristi went out of her way when our son left his wallet and we made arrangements to get it picked up.”

“The pictures do not do this home justice. The house is just beautiful, roomy, and plenty of beds and rooms. Everything in the home is clean, fairly new, well stocked, and working well. Strangely enough there is no microwaves but that didn't effect us at all because we had a professional cook with our group. There was nothing we needed in the home that we had to go get. There is a large TV and excellent internet access. We loved the contemporary farmhouse, artistic decor. We're so glad we found this jewel! Travel time to SPAC was an easy 20 minutes. ”
