Escape to Wall Street Suites, a unique micro-suite in the city’s former water department. Historic pipes and meters add charm, while modern comforts make it a cozy retreat just steps from East Campus.

THE SPACE:
Relax in a chic, industrial suite with a queen bed, Smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee). The bathroom has a modern shower, and board games and books are provided for cozy nights in.

COMMON AREA
Work in the shared desk space or unwind in the seating areas designed for guests. Starter kit includes 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
Shared laundry room in the same hallway as suites (across from Suite 1)

GUEST ACCESS
Self check-in with personal door code at the side entrance. Free on-site parking available.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Close to SIUC, restaurants, Giant City State Park, wineries, and Shawnee National Forest. Explore hiking trails, U-Pick farms, alpaca farms, zip-lining, horseback riding, and kayaking. Local recommendations are included in the digital welcome guide.

GETTING AROUND
Central location makes driving to all major attractions easy. For wineries, the Shawnee Shuttle is a hassle-free option.

Suite is on the 3rd floor, accessible only by stairs.
Check-in after 3:00 PM | Check-out before 10:00 AM.
Pets: Maximum 2 dogs, $50 per pet per stay.
Undeclared pets incur a $150 violation fee.

AMENITIES
Half Day Add-On available when adjacent nights are open — check in at 8 AM or check out at 6 PM for half the nightly rate.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
A rental agreement is required with ID verification within 48 hours of booking or before entry, whichever is first.
