Lots of steep stone steps but a welcome escape from downtown Chongqing. Our room had a huge comfortable bed, good pillows, great linens. Additionally, it offered ample space, and the presence of a bathtub was a significant advantage and fancy. On the other hand, I would like to mention that I was there for two days, and on both days, I encountered roaches. This was disappointing because, as I mentioned earlier, the hotel is quite upscale. “I had booked your hotel on 15.4.2026, more than 1 month I booked, check in from 25.5.2026 to 31.5.2026 check out(total 6 nights). Our room numbers were 1007 and 1009. We had request high floor and your advertisement mentioned had window with city view. But during the 6 nights stay, both rooms window view were cooling towers and the Chongqing Time Square signboard. Very sad that we had this type of treatment by a 5* hotel. As this is our first time stay in your hotel, 2 rooms for 6 nights but...

“The property is located within a wholesale (clothing, shoes,curtains etc) therefore, expecting more traffics around the hotel but you can buy any products at WHOLESALE prices without haggling with the stores. And the local subway is just one block away to get around town with transfer within the subway. The hotel does Not have a proper entrance because it is located in an old building used to be a wholesale facility and it has converted into a hotel and it is located near a lot of MUST visits...
