The people at frontdesk are not focused on giving a good service, not nice at all. They didn’t explained anything about the hotel. Kind of rude.
The included breakfast is just credit for the coffee bar. Not breakfast.

“Pagué el desayuno incluido para tres personas y cuando llegue me encuentro con q es una cafetería donde tienes crédito por 30 dólares por persona, la comida super mala, no encuentras nada nutritivo todo pre congelado solamente lo calientan y si no gastas por completo los 30 dólares no te regresan nada de dinero así es q no te queda otra opción más que comprar cosas que no quieres no necesitas, para el costo y nivel del hotel espero un restaurante a la altura de su precio”
