Hill Haven es un condominio completamente actualizado, bien amueblado, de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños en Carolina Beach con excelentes vistas al océano y acceso a 2 piscinas. Esta es una unidad del último piso ubicada directamente al otro lado de la calle de la playa y tiene 2 cubiertas increíbles con excelentes vistas. Esta unidad ofrece lavadora y secadora en la unidad, cocina y baños completamente actualizados, y pisos cerámicos. El dormitorio principal está bellamente decorado con una cama queen. El segundo dormitorio tiene un conjunto de literas gemelas y una cama individual adicional. Hay dos sofás cama en la sala de estar. Puedes caminar hasta el muelle de Carolina Beach para pescar o disfrutar de las vistas. El muelle también cuenta con un restaurante y bar. El parque Freeman, que tiene acceso a la playa en 4 ruedas se encuentra a pocas cuadras al norte. Esta propiedad está completamente amueblada y lista para su disfrute hoy. Pleasant beach view

Nice property, good location and pools. The only drawbacks were 3rd floor and no elevator,(this was clearly shared in the location write up) and only 2 parking passes, not clearly communicated in write up.

Nice location and views of sunset

The only downside of this unit would have to be the stairs. Walking up and down with groceries was not fun. Otherwise, the location is great and the views of the ocean and sunset from the decks were nice. The listing indicated 2 pools were available but upon check-in was only told about one. This wasn’t a huge problem because the pool wasn’t occupied by more than a few swimmers at any time. This unit had everything our family of 6 needed and was clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the pier, beach access, and pool but may be too long to the boardwalk. Highly recommend the Mahi sandwich from the pier restaurant as well. Overall a great stay!

Great Place

The place was perfect for us and the location was great too! The only problem is parking space. You are only allowed (2) parking spaces. If you have more than that, you have to pay for "public parking" which is about $20.00/daily.

Good place. Quiet and clean. Pool and parking wasn't the greatest but overall a very pleasant vacation spot.

Good location and place, just needs some upgrades

Overall, it was a nice property. It was a good size for four people and had some great attributes.The view from the balcony was by far the best part. You could open the slider and hear the ocean so well. The kitchen was also great with all appliances you could need to cook. Everything seemed clean enough, and all towels and linens were wrapped in cling wrap to show they were cleaned. However, some pieces of furniture need replacing- the queen bed did not feel stable at all and the black couch in the living room had zero support when sitting down, which only made one of the couches reliable to actually sit on. The bathroom in the hallway, during the shower the water doesn’t drain right away, so all the little hairs and dirt in the drain come up and fill up the tub. Other than those things that need to be updated, it was a good stay in Carolina Beach.

Very clean and updated nice condo

The condo was very clean and had everything inside we needed. The view of the ocean was awesome and the short walk to the beach was great too. You do have to pick up keys and drop off keys to the property management company which was about 7 minutes driving. Not a big deal at all. Property management was excellent, very attentive! They did say there were beach chairs and they only had one that was not broken which was disappointing since there were four of us. All in all it was a great stay.

Perfect Location

Check in process was super simple, property was just as advertised and was in a perfect location. We loved that you could see the ocean from the balcony and the beach access was just a couple minute walk. Property was clean and all linens were provided. Is also a short drive to the boardwalk and within walking distance of the pier. Would definitely stay again!

Down by the Sea - Formally Hill Haven

We had a wonderful time enjoying our family beach trip. The condo was plenty enough room for my immediate family of 5 and my sister, my niece and my mother. The porches provided awesome sunrise and sunset views. Access to the beach is literally right across the street. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The mattresses were comfy, even the sofa pullout! We will definitely be back!

Nicely updated condo with great ocean view

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this condo. It was very clean, recently updated and nicely furnished. The two balconies and ocean view were great! The only negative is the narrow hallway and stairs to the third floor :)

This place was exactly what we needed. Great condo and location. The beach view was awesome. We have never stayed where we could hear the ocean from our condo. We left the balcony door open most of the time.

Wonderful

The unit was excellent. Nice view of the beach. We had dinner on the balcony most nights. The Managent was very responsive. The only reason for a 4 for cleanliness was the old, carpeted and not so clean staircase leading to the condo. Otherwise I highly recommend this unit.

Perfect

My family had a wonderful time at this condo. The balcony and view at the condo were amazing. The pool was great and the beach was rejuvenating. Communication with the property manager was good. You do have to drive to their office for a parking pass, which was inconvenient given we arrived late at night. I didn’t understand why that couldn’t have just been left inside the condo. Be mindful there is no elevator and the condo is on the fifth floor. The main bedroom bed is only a double. It was very small and uncomfortable for two people in my opinion. Otherwise we enjoyed this location!

First visit to Carolina Beach...

Overall, the condo was accommodating for a family of 4, has a comfortable master bed, met our needs and only a 3 minute walk to the beach!! Areas to note: The bathroom in the master bedroom is extremely small with no room for toiletries, etc., garbage receptacle location is a hike to get to, there is not an outdoor spigot on the property to wash sand away (have to use pool shower) and the pool is small for the number of surrounding condos - not cons, mostly inconveniences. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Lovely little condo

This property was wonderful for our family. Clean, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking there. It's right across the street from the beach, and a short walk the little, locally owned fishing pier. There is no outdoor shower/ rinse off at this property- that was the one thing I would have liked that they didn't have.

LOVE!

I loved it here! We're already planning our vacation for next year. It was clean and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. We loved the balcony view also. We used the public accesses to the right (if looking at the water) which was about 30ft. It was not far at all. Their was another to the left but it had been washed away by a previous storm and was closed. This place sits towards the end of the 'strip' which we loved - less traffic. I would recommend this place to friends and family. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of the big 5 is the bed in the master. It wasn't awful but... It has one of those egg carton things as the topper already on a (I believe) a padded topper. It was a bit much but we left it in fear of not knowing what it was like if we took it off. Also it squeaks really loud at the slightest move or rollover. by the 3rd night we figured out how to maneuver some pillows for a different support... Other than that we honestly loved this place. They answered any question I had right away.

We had an amazing stay

Overall the unit was well cared for and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with every tool you could need! It was an easy walk to the pier. Centrally located between 2 public beach access points made a trip to the beach extremely easy. Thanks for helping to make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.
